Restaurant “ Chez Olivier” , situated at one of the oldest bridges in town, has opened
his doors in 1988 by “chef” Oliver Foucaud, a born Frenchman from Versailles.
He had the pleasure of being educated in the real French kitchen and for 20 years
he let us enjoy his aesthetic cooking.
In this 16th century -residence, the kitchen is mostly based on daily fresh products,
kept in their nature but presented in a way to be just that little more.
Those who are looking for an honest cooking where the natural flavours of all
ingredients are kept in harmony, will surely not be disappointed by Olivier.
A warm-hearted welcome is guaranteed by the lady of the house,
Mrs Ann Vanquatem, since more than 15 Years.
In this serene, mostly white environment,
she will attentive lead you through the
menucard and their great choice of wines.
